SLIPLAP

Terms of service

Version 2026-09-11, in effect from 11 September 2026. By using Sliplap you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, so please read them.

The short version

1. Who you are agreeing with

Sliplap is operated by Awais Mutahir, an individual trading as Sliplap, from Pakistan. "We" and "us" mean that person. "You" means you. Contact: awaisfazli947@gmail.com.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old to play, and at least 18 — or old enough to enter a contract where you live, with a parent or guardian's permission if you are not — to buy a subscription. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you may agree to this on its behalf.

3. Your account

Accounts are optional and are created through Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to the Google account behind it. Tell us at awaisfazli947@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it.

You can stop using Sliplap at any time. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, and we will.

4. Fair play

Sliplap's whole value is that a lap time means the same thing for everybody. So:

Where we can, we prevent these rather than police them: your browser only ever sends which keys you are holding, and our server re-drives submitted solo laps from their input recording to check the time is real. Where we cannot prevent them, we will act. We may remove a lap time, remove a leaderboard entry, or suspend or delete an account where we reasonably believe this section has been broken. If we get that wrong, write to us and we will look again — and if we suspend a paid account without good reason, we will refund it.

5. Premium

Sliplap Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks extra features on top of the free game. At the moment it includes:

Results in Sliplap depend on how you drive. We make no promise, guarantee or prediction about them, with or without Premium.

6. Changes to Premium

What Premium includes is ours to decide, and it will change over time. We may add features to it, change how existing ones work, move features into or out of it, or withdraw them. Buy on the basis of what Premium does today, not on anything we may have mentioned as a possibility. If a change means Premium is no longer worth it to you, you can cancel at any time — see section 7.

7. Billing, renewal and cancellation

8. Refunds

Because Premium is a small monthly purchase, we would rather refund you than argue. Ask within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it, no reason needed. After that, we will refund a charge that was clearly a mistake — a duplicate, a renewal you had already tried to cancel, or a month in which the game was substantially unavailable. Email awaisfazli947@gmail.com. Where your country gives you a stronger statutory right to cancel or be refunded, that right applies and this paragraph does not reduce it.

9. Leaderboards and lap times

Lap times are labelled by where they were timed. A race lap was timed by our server. A solo lap was reported by a browser, and is marked as such, and is separately marked verified if our server successfully re-drove its input recording and got the same time. We show you which is which rather than mixing them, and we may remove any lap we cannot stand behind. Leaderboards are a feature of a game, not a record of fact, and we may reset or rework them.

10. Things you type

You keep ownership of your driver name and your chat messages. You give us permission to show them to the other players in your room, and to show your driver name on leaderboards and profiles, which is the only way any of it works. Chat is not stored. We may filter, shorten or drop messages, and we may require you to change a driver name that breaks section 4.

11. Availability — please read this one

Sliplap is a small independent game run by one person. It is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available at any particular time, that races will be free of lag or interruption, that your data will never be lost, or that circuits, features, physics or leaderboards will stay as they are today. We may change or discontinue any part of it, and we may stop running it entirely. If we do stop, we will cancel active subscriptions so nobody is charged for something that is not there.

Sliplap is entertainment. It is not a training tool, it is not a simulator you should rely on for anything, and nothing in it is advice.

12. Limits on what we owe you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited — and nothing here removes consumer rights that the law of your country gives you and does not let you sign away.

Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, lost lap times, lost leaderboard positions, lost time, or for anything arising from your inability to use the game. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50. That is deliberately a real number rather than zero, because you have paid us real money.

13. Suspension and ending this

You may stop at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break section 4, if we are required to by law, or if we stop running the game. If we end your access for a reason that is not your fault and you have a live subscription, we will refund the unused part of it.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top will change, and the new version is published here. If a change materially reduces your rights and you have a subscription, we will tell you before it applies to you and you can cancel. Continuing to use Sliplap after a change means you accept it.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK, or anywhere else whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally or to rely on your own country's consumer protections, that right is unaffected — this clause does not take it away.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.

16. Contact

awaisfazli947@gmail.com. Questions about these terms, refunds, your data, or anything else — one address, and a person on the other end.
